Inquiry and application delivery
When online delivery is enabled, completed forms pass through the website’s Vercel-hosted backend to Zapier for processing into the team’s Follow Up Boss account. If delivery is unavailable or uncertain, the website displays an error rather than a successful submission.

You are not required to open an email application or send a draft yourself. The website shows a successful submission only after Zapier accepts the request; acceptance does not guarantee completion in Follow Up Boss or that a team member has read it. If delivery cannot be confirmed, follow the on-screen instructions and contact the team before submitting another copy.
A consultation, tour, or open-house request does not confirm an appointment. A career application does not confirm an opening or an offer of employment. The team must discuss and confirm the applicable details with you.
External property search
Property-search links open COHouseHunters, a separate website with its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not provide a native IDX or MLS feed, synchronize saved listings, or automatically subscribe you to listing alerts. Verify listing details and availability with the responsible provider and your agent.
Planning information and downloaded files
Tools use information held in browser memory and files you choose to download. Closing or reloading a page can clear unsaved work. Keep your own copies where appropriate, and do not include sensitive information in notes or files you intend to share.
Fair housing and individual decisions
Community guides focus on places, amenities, and practical research questions, not recommendations based on protected demographic characteristics. A planning preference score is not an official assessment of a community or property. Evaluate the specific property and verify important facts with the appropriate professionals.
