Updated November 2, 2026. This policy describes the Ed Prather Real Estate website, its inquiry forms, and its planning tools. It does not describe every service operated on a separate website.
Information you choose to provide
Our forms may ask for your name, contact details, property information, buying or selling preferences, timing, and the message you want to share. Agent applications ask for professional experience and licensing information. Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, identity documents, bank details, or other sensitive records in a general inquiry.
Website forms and Follow Up Boss
When online delivery is enabled, completed forms pass through the website’s Vercel-hosted backend to Zapier for processing into the team’s Follow Up Boss account. If delivery is unavailable or uncertain, the website displays an error rather than a successful submission.
The intended form-delivery process sends your contact details, answers, consent choices and campaign information through Zapier to Follow Up Boss. Website forms do not send a separate notification email. A success message means Zapier accepted the submission for processing; it does not confirm completion in Follow Up Boss, that a team member has read it, or that an appointment is confirmed.
The website backend does not maintain a lead database, delivery-receipt database or sales pipeline. Zapier and Follow Up Boss process and may retain the information sent to them. A request reference is included with each inquiry for troubleshooting, but the website backend does not retain a submission history or saved copy of your answers. If delivery cannot be confirmed, contact the team before submitting another copy.
Planning tools and information in your browser
Planning tools work with the information you enter and may let you download a file for your own use. Form answers remain in browser memory while you complete a questionnaire; leaving or reloading the page can clear unsaved information. The website does not automatically upload the planning files you download.
Downloaded files remain wherever you save them on your device. Review them before sharing and remove information you do not want another person to see. A planning calculation or saved worksheet is not an inquiry sent to the team.
Technical information and measurement
Website requests can include technical information needed to serve the page, such as browser details, request addresses, and referring-page information. The hosting service may process this information for operation and security. When the form service is enabled, its controls include field validation, signed form sessions and a hidden bot-trap field.
Campaign parameters, a landing-page address, and referring-page information may accompany an inquiry to give the team context. Optional analytics and advertising tags load only when configured and after you allow them through the website’s permission prompt. Questionnaire answers are not included in the website’s analytics events.
External websites and media
Property searches open COHouseHunters, and maps, social links, or external media may take you to or load content from other providers. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Review their policies before supplying information or using their services.
Your questions and choices
You can use the information pages without submitting an inquiry, and you can decline optional tracking when a permission prompt is presented. Contact the team to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are considered in light of the information held and applicable requirements; this website does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.
